My baby is four months old and is swaddled in her Snoo. She loves her swaddle and it helps her sleep through the night. However, I don’t want to restrict her movement during her sleep so I decided to transition her out of her Snoo and swaddle. The problem is that she has mild eczema that is triggered by heat and I find her scratching sometimes. All my momma friends recommended the magic Merlin sleep suit and my baby girl loves the sleep suit! She slept so well in it on day one but I noticed it makes her eczema flare.
I decided to give swaddle sleeves a try because it’s more breathable and prevents my baby from scratching. It’s not as magical as the Merlin on the first day since it took several days for my baby to get adjusted to it.
But let me tell you, this product is way better than the Merlin because it’s more breathable, allows baby to roll over, calms baby’s arm movements, and prevents scratching! This is the perfect transition suit for an eczema baby.
With every other swaddle we used, our little one would be squiggling his arms out and waking himself up. We really liked how there is an inner band that will keep him feeling safe and sleeping. We have recently started using the sleeves as well - it is easy to get his arm in and it's a super well thought out design. The transition swaddle has been a sleep saver - highly recommend this product!
This was a great swaddle transition! My daughter had a strong startle reflex, so these arms were perfect. Also loved the 1.0 TOG option for the Summer months. She was sleeping soundly without being swaddled in less than a week!
I ordered this sleep sack one night in desperation - my daughter had started to roll over both ways so it was time to have arms out of the sleep sack, but we tried cold turkey and she was waking several times at night after previously being an amazing sleeper. The fact that she will be fine if she rolls over in her sleep in this sleep sack brings me so much peace of mine. She doesn’t wake up all night like she was with arms out cold turkey so it’s definitely helped so much. So thankful for this solution!
Got this when my 3 month old started showing signs of rolling. Arrived within the week, and it has been great! She has slept well in it and had very little disturbance to her usual sleep patterns transitioning from a traditional swaddle to these swaddle sleeves. I was bummed that the sleep pod was sold out in her size, but customer service recommended this product to me and it's been great. I just swaddle around her chest with her old Velcro swaddles to still give her the snugness and warmth of a swaddle, but we probably won't need to do that for much longer. Very grateful for a product like this that doesn't cause her to overheat! I just ordered the other onesie for warmer weather & to have as a backup--I like that the onesie options can be dressed up or down to accommodate the temperature. I recommend this product to anyone looking for help during the transition from the swaddle!
This sleep sack is the perfect way to transition from an arms-up swaddle! My daughter can easily hold her own pacifier in using the sleeves, but I feel good that she can move her arms down and around in case she rolls. It's just warm enough for cozy nighttime sleep without being too warm.

Warm but breathable baby hates arms being swaddled in so arms out but preventing her reflex from waking her is the perfect option for us!
The swaddle sleeves have been PERFECT for transitioning my 10-week old from swaddle to jammies. When trying to transition with one arm out in his current swaddle sack, he was still waking himself up about every half hour. Not ideal when Mommy needs as much sleep as possible. With these sleeves, he sleeps his normal 3.5-4 hour window without waking at all! He loves them and he’s very comfortable! He can move his arms around how he likes in the sleeves, but they do prevent any startles. My baby runs VERY hot and he stays cool in these sleeves, we love the mitten feature to keep his little hands warm. Right now he is in the footie PJs without a sleep sack over and sleeps great. The two bear sleep sack and pod are out of stock currently, I’m eagerly waiting for them to come back in because we will then get a sleep sack since I love the footies so far but would prefer the sleep sack if it were in stock, too. I’m thrilled with how well this product has worked for us! I would say definitely give it a try!
My second baby went through the dreaded 4 month sleep regression. He would sleep 6-10+ hours in the snoo prior to the regression so it was literally a rude awakening. I noticed this sleep sack was recommended by Taking Cara Babies and decided to try it since my baby didn’t be like the zipadee ones and didn’t seem to be ready for a regular sleeveless sleep sack. I had nothing to lose so I put on the sleep sack, ditched the snoo, and put him in the mini crib in our bedroom. It’s honestly been life changing. First night baby started self soothing and only woke up at 4am to feed then back to sleep. Since then our nights have been like that. He was ready to stop being swaddled and this sack gave him the ability to have that freedom to wiggle but not have his arms flailing everywhere. GREAT PRODUCT. thank you for making it!!!
I’ve been searching for the right sleep sack for my 4 month old. With my two other children, I couldn’t seem to find one that checked all my boxes. I’m so thankful to have found Two Baby Bears and Co! I wish this was invented when my other two were babies. It has made switching from a swaddle to a sleep sack so much easier! I know it’s pricey, but it comes with 2 sets of sleeves and it’s absolutely so worth it!
I purchased the half up sleeve pod for my 2 month old, I do think I need to purchase the swaddle sleeves because he still have a pretty strong startle reflex. The first night he woke up often because of his startle reflex. I gave this a 5star because I do see the potential in this product and I know I will need this sleep pod when we transition him from his swaddle. Just waiting on the swaddle sleeves to come back in stock so I can use the sleep pod again and maybe come back and write a better review.

Our 10 week old daughter started to break out of her Halo swaddle and sleep with her arms up by her ears. She still has strong Moro reflex so it was clear she couldn’t move right into a sleep sack. I ordered a few different brands online and am very happy with the Half-Up Sleeves Sack. It’s soft, warm but ideal for nighttime with a pj onesie underneath, and allows her to sleep in her desired position while tempering her reflex. I like that the arms are semi flexible though as it allows her to move around more naturally. It’s been a great transition product for us.

I bought this because my so. Kept breaking out of his swaddle AND likes to suck his thumb. I still needed him to be able to sleep, but keep him from putting his fingers in his mouth. This did the trick. It’s a great sleep sack! I’d love to get the warmer one for winter!
I was really nervous about transitioning out of the swaddle with arms down but found this and it’s helped so much! My little is doing great in it and love that it also follows all the safety guidelines for sleep. Definitely recommend

We are using the sleep sack with sleeves option to help our 4 month old get ready to move out of her Merlin suit. Going great for naps so far, really nice material and easy zipper from bottom to top. Definitely a fan of this being a mom of two and would reccomend
