Shipping policy

We understand that when our customers order Swaddle Sleeves, they usually want it now! We do our best to ship orders within 6-12 hours from the time of order (Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays). All orders placed before 10:00 A.M. EST will ship out same day. Orders placed after 10:00 A.M. EST will usually ship out next day, but may still ship out that same day. 

We have 3 shipping options available through USPS/UPS for our customers (domestic orders only) depending on how soon you need your item(s). For our Canadian customers, we usually utilize UPS 2-7 day shipping (unless that option is not available), and we've had reports from previous customers saying that they've gotten their orders within just 2-3 days after order placement. For other international orders, we offer our standard 3-9 business days shipping option to ensure that your package gets to you safely and in a timely manner. 

*We highly recommend to select Route Shipping Insurance for any order. For international orders, we do not ship without Route Shipping Insurance.*

If you select Route Shipping Insurance at checkout, and you haven't received your order in the time promised, be sure to reach out to Route at https://claims.route.com within 20 days of your shipping confirmation email. Route Shipping Insurance will help to resolve your shipping issue and refund your order.
